Technical matters aside, I do not really know what is the exact situation in your home. However, you are probably staying away for most of the year anyway with law school and internships. If possible, try to adjust a little bit during the short period of time you do reside at home. Parent-child bond aside, it would also help your financial situation for the next three years at least, since other than the university fees, you would also need extra money for your other needs, internship travel and stay etc. It is often the case that the parents do love their children and want the best for them, but cannot understand that they may be alienating the children because of misunderstanding. Try to talk to them about it, if you have not done so already. Best of luck!

Coming to your situation, I am facing a similar hell for some years now, and this has worked for me to an extent (albeit, I am still psychologically dead, and have very much trouble making meaningful friendships and relationships in law school (just dated 4 girls in the past few years and ended on very bad terms, possibly ruining their outlook on relationships as well)
1. Maintain less contact- Dont visit home, go on internships in vacations
2. Ace your academics, and spend a lot of time focussing on studies. The comfortable backing of loving parents that your batchmates have, isn't going to work out for you. After a certain age in life, people are averse to changing their outlook and emotional stance over time, do NOT expect them to change ever. Get top grades and aim for a job placement ASAP in your fourth year itself.
3. Speak to your bank manager and try getting the terms lightened, like giving you a gap
4. Try getting sources of earning income. Anything, YouTube, long term internships, just open linkedin and keep applying everywhere regardless of JD. Lie on your CV. Anything. This will help you slowly grow less dependent on your parents. Until this, keep your expenses low when it is derived from them.
5. Please please make friends. Such situations drain you emotionally and you do need stuff apart from acads as well to help you survive law school.
6. If you have ancestral property/ business, try speaking to a lawyer and getting your share asap.
