Sleep early. Wake up at 5. Take cold showers. Start lifting. Thank me later
Take a mental health break. Start practicing meditation and eating healthy. For your anxiety if you can't afford therapy join a toastmasters club. That will help you get of your comfort zone and also develop public speaking. Best wishes,
There is this website called "MindPeers", you can get therapy sessions for as low as 500/-. Do check them out.

Could you recommend a good therapist/counsellor in Delhi NCR region which is slightly in the affordable category (by which i mean not more than 500 for a session or ideally free)? Also are there any useful mental health resources everyone must know
Could you please elaborate more on these pure-play policy jobs. What kind of work do they entail and how to secure these jobs?

Which law school? The reason why I am asking is that if it is a T1 then it will be way easier for you to get a pure play Policy kind of job. You will find such a job more comfortable as you can spend all your time making reports and surveys.
