NALSAR back in the game, baby!! But more than the VC it's likely someone from the Congress govt in Telangana who pushed this, as the Banerji family have always been close to the Congress. Of course, Karnataka too has a Congress government, but I guess NLSIU already has an arbitration centre?

Congrats on the donation. Another sinecure for judges. Not commenting on the merit/worth of the incoming Chair. But that's how things start. It is like life. Dying starts with birth. Hopefully, this Chair/Centre will not go the usual way. Good luck to NALSAR students since the admin will always find ways to screw things up.
