Poor intersex people- being lumped in with the TQ lot is gonna spell ruin for them. Having disorders of sex development is not a mental condition- its a physical one.
And for the sake of the legal question- yes. Nazi laws were laws too. Peruvian laws arent comparable to nazi laws at all- but they are laws too. laws you dont like are laws too. thats how laws work.
