Yes, most of them do. The packages are not comparable to BALLB though.
MPP linkedin profile seems pretty active, they regularly post updates about the students placed. Although most of them are in think tanks (it is a degree of public policy after all), so idk how much they get paid.
Cleared it back in 2019 (after BA). Passed it since there were no real job prospects or atleast the ones that’s cover up the fee.

Please go on LinkedIn and talk to various current students of the course and some of the alums. You will get much better feedback.
