I'm trying to decide which one is more absurd here, pronouns or hobbies.
Hobbies definitely. Pronouns at least have some functional purpose in a professional context while addressing or referring to a person. Hobbies have no relevance whatsoever.
Pronouns: a few firms have diversity quota for females and Trans.

School: if you are from Doon/DPS RK Puram, shows that you are from an elite background and would be a good culture fit.
At the end of law school nobody cares about your board marks. School name may be useful if you are applying in the same city and to people who studied in the same school as you.
Definitely skip hobbies. Why would a firm want to know you like singing, dancing and reading books.
Only to the very small extent that the person reviewing your CV also went to the same school and wants to give you a chance.
