The Supreme Court on Wednesday said the Constitution intended to bring about a "sense of social transformation" and it would be "dangerous" to say that the private property of an individual cannot be regarded as material resources of community and taken over by state authorities to subserve "common good".
I would caution Rahul Gandhi/Congress fans not to cheer this observation. Remember that if Modi comes to power this same observation allows him to seize properties held by the National Herald or Robert Vadra or Waqf property that is de facto privately held.
how many properties were acquired for narmada project ?? did he give any fair comp ? sheth too is leftist.. puppet of A&A & yet being leftist is ironic
