However i observed that most boutiques that are into this area actually have 70% work of some other area like maritime or real estate or b&f or disputes and do some occasional 20-30% M&A, PE,VC work on the side once in a blue moon.
So can you guys please list out some of the top boutiques that are specialists in hard core M&A, PE,VC work only.
