I am a banking finance lawyer. I have done 2 years at a law firm and would now want to shift inhouse. However, the salaries at inhouse etc are not anywhere close to my law firm pay.

Can someone suggest banks, inhouse options for B&F lawyers which also pay around 1.5 lakh (in hand).
