I have been trying to find answer to this question now and all i can find is all the associates and partners are from either NLUs or jindal or Symbiosis or top foreign law colleges because i never saw a tier 1 law firm lawyer from tier 2 or 3 law school. Can anyone help if there is any way, if a possibility?

Get an internship in the off months by cold emailing or reaching out to partners/ counsels on LinkedIn, for Feb-May and August-November. If you manage to convert it in a PPO, your college does not matter after that. There are partners in Tier 1s in Bombay from GLC/ ILS. Point being that college stops mattering once you join the workforce. It is only important to land you an internship.
