I am currently in my final year of a tier-3 law school. I am interested in Corporate but I have no job offers from any law firms even after applying in different firms.

just apply for several assessment internships in places like Fox Mandal or long term internship applications in LKS. Many people get jobs from there provided if you perform well....

Tier 3 law school placement prospects are tough. I think it's better to take a year off and prepare for your MBA entrance.
