I want to go into academia. I already have an LLM and will be giving the NET this June. Money is not the issue, but the nepotism and bootlicking in academia. I can't do this as I am an introvert that doesn't like buttering people. Moreover, I am not a topper and just an average student, so I know it won't be easy to get jobs. Should I join ? Or should I go to courts since I'm a first gen, the grind would be similar. Again it's not about the money, I want to do something I'm passionate about.
