My great Grandfather (G▮▮▮ Ji) had a 0.7Hect land under his name. Then the families got divided in 4 parts (my grandfather). To make things easier let's take 4 family names as A,B,C,D. I'm in the D Family. Family A & B knew about the land from past 40+ years and never told us about the property and they even tried selling but eventually they couldn't without our permission or whatever reason. We (Family D and C) came to know about all this recently.

Now the problem is that someone named X donated the property in his family claiming to be the son of G▮▮▮ Ji. There is no person in our family ever named S▮▮▮ Ji.

They property is under the names of X's family members.

Can My family claim it? If yes then how? All families will co-operate to regain the acquisition of the land.
Papers leke lawyers k pas jao. There should be something else as well. Otherwise that outsider could not have sold your property.
