Hi, do you know of any dispute partner in any tier 1 / tier 2 law firm currently hiring an Associate? My CV is good, having a decent mix of arbitration and commercial litigation with good grades from a good law school. Also, I wanted to know if there is any ideal way of approaching a partner or a counsel for a role on her team?
I am new to this and have never applied for a lateral position before. I have heard that it's a waste to route your application through the HRs these days as most positions get filled through internal referrals.
PS: I am stuck with an extremely toxic team with an extremely high attrition rate. I have somehow sustained with this team for the past 2 years but I don't see future with this team. Any recommendations or suggestions which may help putting an end to my misery would be highly appreciated. Thank you in anticipation.
