What are the salary levels of SA1s across T1 firms? All inputs welcome but mentioning split of fixed/ variable, practice area and city would help bring more transparency for everyone
SA2 - KCO - fixed pay is around 34.8-36 lakhs (have a couple of friends in different teams who have slightly different pay)- variable will know on 31 March 2025. Ideally should be between 13-16 lakhs (lower end) but you never know how much you can end up with.
Isn't 42L the highest declared band at CAM? Wouldn't that mean that the actual pay would be much lower, by about 4-5L?
Heard current SA1s (2024-25) are getting around 31.20 Lakhs as fixed. No new SA1s in my team so can't confirm.
