so basically this is regarding voting system in bcd. those who are not having 5 vakalatnama's or whateva is the current requirements of verification , the person will be removed from bcd voter list but it doesn't effect ur district courts enrollment issue, those people would not be able to vote in bcd elections but are eligible to vote in the courts where they have enrolled themselves.
