Some people say it’s 52-54L, one person said 58L, B&B says 60L.

How sad and selfish that people cant post their pay despite several ppl bumping the post.

I put my pay for previous current and next level at my firm everytime. Why dont people want transparency????

SA2 at CAM makes 45L. PA1 should make 60L.

PA1 is equivalent to SA3 at SAM?

CAM PA1 - 34.5 + 23 (bonus).

PS - the team I'm in got 110% bonus this year.

Does CAM have a policy for paying higher bonus than what is specified in the Retainer Letter?

Not a policy, it's a discretionary thing (depending on individual and team performance).

Sounds like that sucks considering Spice Route Legal put up their compensation structure and it takes SCAM to the cleaners.

JSA PA1 - 2.7 pm + 32 bonus

PA1 at SAM - 56L.

Should get PA2 increment this year.
