It is the same with other practices in the firm. In fact, it has become a kind of norm to work round the clock or a USP for these firms to be available 24x7! Welcome to the slavery! Just focus on the money and you wont feel the pain in the longer run.
I'm an upcoming A0 at T1 firm. I was excited to receive an offer from the Cap Marks team but in the past few months, reading a lot of threads on LI and also interacting with a few people I feel that Cap Marks is just very overworked.
