The emails that you send directly to partners/other ids get routed to HR - I suspect it is to blacklist. I was an intern there and had some idiots mail me applications on the intern ID. Overall amazing place to work and learn and no one belittles you for having a brain fart.
I want to join Btg as associate. Does the application through hr route work ?
Also, their website states that emailing the partners won't be appreciated, any comments on this, is this for real ?
Hr route mostly doesn't work out so i was thinking of taking the extra effort of reaching out to the partners through LinkedIn/email, but I don't want to piss off the partners. Any comments?
