Kiddo everyone leaves every firm all the time anyway

It does not mean there is a problem

Average attrition in every big law firm is about 50% per year
You know what would even more guts and cool? Mentioning your name. That'll show them!
Sometimes people leave because the teams can be Sadistic And Rude As F. It is a general observation about law firms. I don't work there and have nothing against them
And why would they stay? Neither their bonus nor increment policy is in place! โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ, they donโ€™t offer a proper retreat (party at his farmhouse is stupid)!
Hahah lmao party at farmhouse heard a lot about it
That's why all these lala firms are never the answer. A professionally run firm like Trilegal/JSA is the need of the hour. No headaches like this at all
Number of lawyers mentioned is also grossly inflated.
On point!

Increments are delayed this year too. A word of caution to juniors, join this firm only if you've no way better to go. There's no growth here. The mentality is to make profits on juniors' labor.
Still the same fate. Lala mentality. Bonus still hasn't been disbursed yet. No appraisal chats, nothing.
We would like answers on when our increments would be given! Please explain!
If this firm were as bad as you all make it out to be it wouldnโ€™t have succeeded in grabbing an S&R Partner - because that firm is on the other end of the cultural spectrum. Many say..
That partner left due to personal reasons + disputes doesn't count
Increments ka to Pata nahin ... roll Kiya hai kuch...wink wink
What increments?! We haven't even got 70%+ of last FY's bonus^
Balance ~75% bonus hasn't been disbursed even till date. Nobody is revealing the correct date of disbursal!
