Don't waste your time looking or joining a Tier 1 if you are expecting any perks! Read the other thread wherein someone has been asked to cancel their leave due to work, so if you are expecting that you will get all weekends free, vacations per month or a foreign trip, this profession is not for you. Initial ours is just slogging and slogging..
Real question should be how many hours do you people get off in a day so that they can sleep peacefully!
Nothing much. Just a few feedback mails which are sent without a proof read and means more then the salary, a slap once a year, daily doze of toxic comments etc.
