I am at a boutique firm with only one SA2 and he was previously very nice and kind, but recently he has been acting weird and has been sabotaging my matters by being non-chalant about it, to the point I am being chided in courts. He is messing up his matters as well and making me go fix them before different courts and Im being forced to bend over backward to finish and fix his matters.
His seniors and my super seniors are aware about it but turn a blind eye. I do not know what to do?????
I wonder how insecure he would be to do this to his junior. Also, how careless your seniors are to avoid this irresponsible and unethical behavior of your SA. Leave such toxic people !
