Hello, can someone please tell me if the tenure as SEBI Law Officer would be counted in experience as advocate required for appearing in higher judiciary exam? Do SEBI Law Officers appear in Courts? I have the same doubt regarding an Assistant Public Prosecutor, too. Can they appear for higher judiciary exam?
NO for SEBIs & YES for APOs, HJS only need CONTINUOUS 7 year of court practice in which now almost every states asking for min. 25-40 vakalatnamas of last 4-5 yr.

PRO TIP : ""CANDIDATES WHO HAVE MIN. 40-50 VAKALATNAMAS WITH POSITIVE RESULTS IF APPEAR FOR INTERVIEWS""" have very high chances of selection & to draw salary of 20-25lpa + naukar chaakar + ghar + gadi or sb kuch 🤑
Hello, thank you for your reply, it is quite helpful. Please also tell if it possible for someone without an influential background or contacts to clear the interview purely on the basis of merits? Thanks in advance!
There is no need of background or contact for clearing govt. exams don't follow what other say blindly just give your best in mains, interview will become easy and clear it even if you score low.
