ICSI notes are always looked down by B&F folks, maybe CS helps for Capmarks or M&A but not B&F. Don't try to act smart kid, you need to know the basics about security creation, ECBs, NCD issuance, IBC, FEMA and then probably go through the Graham Vinter's project finance resources. Either ways, 8-10 years of experience will allow you to make a niche within the broad gamut of work which this practice entails i.e. trade finance or debt capmarks or project finance or turnaround-restructuring or fintech.
