HK really wants to stop the talent drain to TL.
Senior told me A2 to A3 hike is some 60k per month, apparently marginally better in fixed than 3L.
Can people please confirm for different levels.
This is different from other firms where you enter as an A0 and then become A1 in the very next year.

A0 - 15.6 (1.30pm) + 1.5 = 17.1
A1 - 17.4 (1.45pm) + 4 = 21.4

A3 - 26.8 (2.15pm) + 10 = 36.8
