I am 2021 first gen litigation lawyer and having good experience in commercial and civil law. Currently working with a 3rd tier law firm in Mumbai and mostly doing Arbitration and some DRT work here and there. I switched in Oct 2023 and this 6 months have been just.ok. Not at all satisfied with the work.and thinking to switch
When and where I should make the next switch? Please help
As of now I want to continue in litigation but I feel I am going to be stagnated in my current law firm. So thinking to make a switch soon to a better law firm with better pay.
Also, how about switch to an in-house role at this point of time in my career ?
