Sources say KCO announced 1.5 L bonus to all the freshers ( A0s in KCO are called as freshers) while this was not even part of the offer letter? This makes thier fresher salary 17. There are also indications of revision of thier pay scale. Will KCO become the highest paymaster?

Can confirm that they’re not. You start as an A0 (0 being your PQE). In next FY, you become an A1, so on and so forth.

A0/Freshers were getting 1.3Lpm (15.6py) and they were technically not supposed to get a bonus. Really happy for them!

But also, sad for A0s who were on notice period today- since they did not know they would be getting a bonus and resigned before it.
