No, I have read the court also pay litigation cost. Although it is very less 5k to10k but if that works we can increase the number of people to get high compensation.
So I m a law student and just overthinking on how one can get high compensation in consumer court cases. plzz hear me out. for eg- I know many places( railway station, near by shops) where these people sell the products above the mrp. So is it possible that let say 20 people go and buy these product above the mrp cost while maintaining all the evidence and later file the case individually. The court usually give 5K to 10K as compensation and these cases are not hard to prove as precedent is already there. So if one intentionally do this thing one can easily get compensation of above 1lakh.
