OP here. No one who had to deal with a stalled promotion. Just trying to understand how to move forward when something like this happens at a junior level.

Hi - not exactly for complaining against a partner but yes, for rubbing a partner the wrong way (ego issues related trouble and not work related). Shit happens, life goes on. If you know your value and have enough self-confidence, get out of this place. Alternatively, stick around and show them that they were always wrong about you. Although, I feel that in the latter situation, odds are heavily stacked against you.

Yeah and the amount of strength required to go through latter will need to be immense, which I don't have after having fought as hard as I have, but also have no other options currently, so might have to stay put and deal with gossip and chatter about me.
