Absolutely true. Have lived in the West as well. Even there, Indians, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis, along with Nigerians, Poles and Arabs have a pathetic sense of cleanliness. When it comes to a lack of manners and basic etiquette, Indians are definitely the worst.
This is an India problem, have seen clients, CFAs, government officers etc. do this in meetings. Idk how civic sense is so hard to understand here
