Honestly after what has happened at CAM and other things I have been reading about, as an incoming A0, I am extremely worried. I think I knew somewhere about there being no work-life-balance, but are partners and people at the higher hierarchies so bad? Personally in my internships, I have never come across such horrible people - yes, there have been some bad experiences, but nothing unbearable. For instance, I would not be able to stand someone sending me an email like this or slapping me or throwing coffee at me.

It depends on who you are as a person. display how you expect to be treated and do not tolerate bullying, shouting etc. the more meek you appear, the more the chances of this happening because people working in these offices are generally weird tbh,

fellow incoming A0 here so i don't really know the answer to your question, but i suspect it's not as bad as LI makes it seem, and more importantly, i think we should enjoy this time while it lasts! not gonna be 'incoming' forever
