My reporting partner is extremely moody and constantly bitches about all other associates in the team. In the current phase, he is behind my life and anything i do is not acceptable to him. he shouts, demeans, bitches about me to the rest of tha associates. And mind you, up until last month I was apparently the most mindblowing performer of the team. Is this behaviour normal?
