Query- There is a property recieved through a will and same has gone in sale can the consideration amount for selling the property be directly transferred in another person bank account ( Account of Wife's or children of owner of property )
Yes you can just mention the same in the sale deed and get the approval of the third party and seller for the same. Mention the account number in the sale deed to which money is transferred.
