Silly argument. Mr. Naveen Jindal in Congress or BJP or joins CPI or simply resigns from politics makes no difference at JGLS and Jindal Global University. He's a chancellor like a visitor in Govt universities. He has no role at all in the day to day functioning of University or law school.

Prior to 2014, and for some years after, JGLS was heavily pro-Congress. Every other day there was some Congress person visiting Jindal for a talk. Shashi vbttttTharoor must have visited JGLS at least 25-30 times and President Pranab Mukherjee spoke at many Jindal events. He even hosted a Jindal event at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Even just a few years ago AM Singhvi donated 2 cr to JGLS. Also, tons of children of Congress politicians and pro-Congress lawyers studied here (also TMC, DMK etc).
