As per a current student's LinkedIn post,

"A movie screening of the latest film Article 370 was arranged for 100+ students of NLIU, Bhopal on 24 March, 2024 at Cinepolis, Aashima Mall.

Mansarovar Global University Bhopal, and Cinepolis, Aashima Mall supported the initiative pro bono.

The movie showcases the story of the abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution and the factors that necessitate the abrogation. (emphasis supplied)

The students enjoyed the movie and got to know the various legal intricacies involved in the entire procedure."

The post also mentions an alumnus's name who devised/supported the plan.

Was the screening compulsory to go to for some batch? What is Mansarovar Global University, why is it funding this for NLIU students instead of/apart from its own students? Why does the RW need to spread itself anymore, considering the BJP is certain to win after Ayodhya? Why is a private cinema theatre company financially supporting a move like this - are there more instances across the country? What does this say about the RW using student bodies/spaces for its nefarious ends? So many questions.
Too many conspiracy theories. Nothing prevents the opposition from making movies of their own. If only they had any money.
Buddy, the left has screened dozens of anti-BJP documentaries across NLU campuses, by Anand Patwardhan and such people. No one complained then.
Not a bjp fan, but making communist theme movies glorifying SFI (communist youth wing) is so common in Malayalam Cinema. CPI-M doesn't fund it directly I guess, but political movies glorifying a faction is nothing new.
I am a student of NLIU Bhopal. A google form was circulated and all interested students went to attend the movie on their own discretion. Btw no one has prevented anti-BJP folks from making movies and promoting their screening. But it appear that you guys are more adept at coping and seething.
If you tell this generation of bhookhe NLIU boys that they are in for some free food outside campus, they would readily volunteer to watch Messenger of God (MSG) and KRK movies as well.

Someone just offered to do so, but the deal was for Article 370 and a tag on the socials.
A very welcome move. It's time RW started breaking into the forts of leftism built within national universities.
