Public don't care about politicians getting arrested. All of them deserve to be arrested anyway.
Know your facts, babe! The special bench comprises Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice MM Sundresh, and Justice Bela Trivedi. No Chandrachud here πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ

AMS showed his face and withdrew. One ought to ask, what prompted that!? Rhetorical question! Did AMS realize that this bench won't put up with him taking shortcuts!?
How is it a shortcut if it is already settled law that Art.32 can be invoked against arbitrary arrests? (Arnab Manoranjan Goswami's case)
AMS would have given us a show at 11 AM itself if that arrest was so arbitrary; he wouldn't have waited for the remand hearing at Rouse Avenue District Court. There's a prima facie finding of a cash trail, that too by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in this very case against Deputy CM Manish Sisodia. Sisodias's bail plea has been repeatedly rejected by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. The prime accused who have spilled the beans too. Get real, babe!
Both AAP (Kejriwal) and BRS (Kavitha) have only opposed the procedural aspects of the arrest. Note that no party or Kejriwal and Kavitha have not denied the actual crime of the liquor license scam. They know they are guilty.
True. Even Atishi and the AAP workers are focused on the fact that Kejriwal was arrested. There is not been a single denial of the actual crime itself (i.e. liquor license and policy scam). AAP is finished - first Sisodia and now Kejriwal himself. Kejriwal is an absolute embarrassment despite his professional and educational background.
Guilty of making a (faulty/illegal) policy?

You mean like the Electoral Bonds?
One leader gets the highest civilian honor in Bhutan (among many others before) making the country proud, and the other one is in jail embarrassing his family and party What a contrast.
When was the last time a sitting CM jailed? Even Modi (a sitting CM then) went Scott free during 02 riots but somehow you put not just any CM but Delhi's CM behind bars for a liquor policy, something not even close in proximity to 02 riots! Lol these Gujarati people really do have a problem with liquor
The fact that modi was cleared for 2002 riots by supreme court itselfs tells he was not guilty

On the other hand AAP leaders were denied bail by SC itself tells whats going to happen to all
The AAP leaders were denied bail because securing bail has become very difficult after the new amendments that were made to the PMLA and has hardly anything to do with the guilty-ness of the accused.
Getting Kejriwal arrested is the best thing Modi/ Shah have done. AAP will be finished this year in Lok Sabha elections.

Kejriwal in Delhi is as big joker and corrupt as Lalu in Bihar. Only thing is he rose under Anna Hazare and Anti corruption movement and Lalu under JP and Lohia and Mandal/ backward caste movement.

ED and Govt must make sure he's jailed like Sisodiya for few years till this fake Jhadoo party is finished.
AAP has still done more for Delhi infra and education than BJP has done in their states or the country. One builds schools, the other temples and statues.
You are not aware of ground reality

BJP has done better infra in their states if we compare to not BJP states

I travel every year to varanasi by road and have seen fast developments in infrastructure.

Get out of your home and go around
Jobs? Inflation? Unemployment? Social unrest? Polarisation? The list is endless.

You aint called Andhbhakts just like that you know?
Should we talk about the law? Anyone can get arrested like this and be jailed in the name of investigation. The law is punishment in itself.
You had Bom HC sitting on a saturday and SC sitting on Diwali break vacation bench (listing the matter within a day even though the petition had several defects) for when Arnab goswami was arrested, but when a CM is arrested Delhi HC is busy enjoying holi....
Looks like the courts took the name Aam Admi Party pretty seriously, since they are treating the CM of the Delhi as if he were a common man.....
