Please give constructive criticism to interns

Think about it this way.

When you were an intern, would you have liked to receive such unncessary feedback?

Do you really want to break an intern's confidence like this? You aren't their boss. They are not working for you full-time. You're supposed to be their mentor. Someone they can learn from. I'm sure you are not at partner level and you can obviously try and make time to give constructive feedback to interns. Otherwise, you are just gonna be two initials being hated on legallyindia.

Of course it is. Don't you see compassion has no place in this cruel world?

If an Intern can give you trauma what's an actual big lawyer going to do to you? Think about that.
