Honestly, those involved amongst the sloppy team must GO & if required including AK!
AK you must understand that email addressed to many will not help for sure, coz; it's certainly demeaning of your own capabilities. You knew each character in your team & their idiocy. So it is expected that you must review the work intermittently (or) at least before sending it to the client. Reason, this is Pro Bono work. Isn't it AK?
