I have been interning in KCO disputes team, my experience has been a little strange and not good. Can someone share how their experiences have been so far?
Take their opinions with a pinch of salt. They anyways don’t hire anyone.
They are so bloody uncommunicative!! The buddies don't reply, the associates, the HR and everyone makes you feel so unwelcome and stupid. Nobody gives a fuck about skills or anything. All people care about is ass licking and taking on crazy amount of work on oneself. I mean, idk, it broke me tbh. I expected basic human decency, I was not even shown that. Feeling stupid.
Yep. You can discontinue, no need to show up to a place that makes you feel that way
If only life gave you that option, Don't wanna sit jobless post graduation. I HAVE WORKED SO HARD FOR EVERYTHING, DON'T WISH TO LOST IT NOW
Don’t worry. Merit anyways doesn’t mean shit at KCO. Reference se aao, job le jaao.
I will be interning there next week. Please give some tips to survive and get good work.
Mr. Milind Sharma (Principal Associate) was a wonderful person to work with.
