Admission to SAU PhD ends on 31st March. I need to take a decision quickly. Should I apply? People I spoke to have talked about the financial crisis, mandatory 5 year PhD i.e. toh can't complete earlier and lack of good faculty. As compared to JNUs law depts, is it worth it ?
