1 year PQE from a Mumbai college. Extremely disillusioned from my Tier 3 Firm lifestyle. The anxiety and pressure are eating me alive so much so that I have started therapy. I have been here only for a little while and used to work at a smaller more chiller law firm. I have realised law firm lifestyle is just not for me. So I would like tips on how to switch to an in house role? There are no openings at times. Is cold emailing the way to go? Or are there any recruiters who can help me out. At this point I am willing to try anything. Several of my batchmates are working in house and I can see how much better their life is. I am willing to put both money and growth on the back burner for peace of mind.
