The firm will probably take back the fees if you don't clear the exam. Both exams at some point require you to PHYSICALLY go US/UK for examination, I do not think the firm will pay for this.

Mostly just a online compenent, crammed up with your hectic firm schedule or a sleek way of bonus reduction
PR stunt. The conditions imposed by CAM to receive this support are so onerous that maybe 5-10 lawyers are eligible. It's almost like bonded labour
The conditions are absurd and there is no transparency on the decision making
