I have been working in the trademark prosecution team for over a year at a firm in Delhi. The raise season is around the corner and I believe I deserve a good raise, however the firm standards of giving a raise are low. Therefore, I want to know what is the range for raise percentage or amount in the market right now so that I can ask for a raise with an actual data from the market.
