This will kill legally india.
Why doesn't reddit work for lawyers? Because you have to make multiple accounts.
Otherwise you can be easily tracked down by your law firm partner.
Extreme anonymity is the reason - people tell each and every gossip here. Otherwise careers could be ruined.

There should be an option to register as a user, verify details and comment without any need of approval. Not everything needs to be anon.
If this is abused users can get warning/banned/restrictions etc.
kindly implement something like this.
