1) the UI is very easy to navigate, making day to day interactions very easy.
2) Apple only apps are really good- notes, reminders, etc.
3) if you already have or are planning to buy a Mac, iPad, AirPods or a watch as well- then youβll have a seamless integration. Itβs beyond comparison.
4) the phone doesnβt get slow at any point.
5) it is cool and associated with reputation (if you care about that, although I donβt think it is a valid reason)
6) for personal life- camera is amazing, FaceTime is great, etc.
7) it has several small features that make your day o day life better.
It may or may not make sense - depends on how you perceive the importance of a phone. Ideally it should be down to personal preference and not peer pressure. I've used both and currently use a mid level Android but because I've used it in the past I can appreciate the benefits. However I cannot for the life of me justify the price at my current level as T2 A1
Totally worth it. Superior software, sleek design, iPhone 15 has c type, better when it comes to privacy, so fast charging now, plus it does add value to your personal image.
Financially, it ain't a wise decision, tbh. But buying such phones has been excessively normalized in metro cities and in fact these stupid people have started throwing shades and treating people like outcast for not having one.
If you are not uncomfortable with it then you do you.
Depends on your overall use tbh. If you're already integrated into the entire apple ecosystem with a Macbook, iPad and the apple smartwatch; then certainly go for it. The software and UI is amazing. The only con to an iPhone is the absolute drop in battery life that comes with usage. Expect heavy drops within a year or two that will come with future software upgrades as the hardware will suck more juice out of the battery to maintain similar levels of performance. On that note, one thing you can stay rest assured is that the performance levels won't dip, ever. Even though I use an Android now (purely battery reasons) I still have my first iPhone (5s 16gb) which I use to listen to music sometimes. And it works like a charm. Bottom line is, if you don't use your phone a lot and already have other apple products, go for it. Otherwise you're better off with an Android
I "downgraded" from an iPhone 13 to a Pixel. Entirely up to you. iPhones are hardly the status symbols they were a while ago - anyone can buy them for 50k in the annual sales.

I recently shifted from Android (OnePlus) to Apple and I must say that quality, reliability and functionality of iPhone is much superior.
