It should be the sole criterion when you're giving away 16 hours of your day, for months, years.
nope KCO is miles ahead of Tri. Pay should never be the sole criterion for everything in life.
They won't fire.. paying what's trilegal is paying is very very feasible. It's just these lala firms owners eats up so much of the pie that they don't leave space for good pay.. a low tier firm like touchstone pays 21 LPA, S&r operating in shitty practice of Cap marks can pay 23.. it's so easy for all the lala firms to pay this shit

They are the highest paymasters with decent benefits + a T1 firm. People will obvio want to join them. Yes, there are rumours and speculations that it will burst and they will start firing soon but they are mere speculations now. Until, Trilegal starts arbitrarily firing people or other T1s increase their pay/other benefits, people will leave.
that’s the aftermath after the potential merger of SAM and CAM
its not just SAM, its become "cool" to join Trilegal across locations from an Associate's perspective.
