Where does JNU PhD (Law & Governance) stand in comparison to NLS, NALSAR, NLUD, NUJS, GNLU & NLUJ.

PhD wise on top. UG/PG wise below as there's no UG/PG in JNU. Unfortunately the centre does not take in a lot of students, especially non-net ones. So best is to clear UGC NET JRF and then apply.
