google the mca ebook and start reading the companies act from Sections 1 to 250 & the rules thereunder you will get a general & solid base over the law

As an incoming A0, try understanding FEMA and NDI Rules. Beyond that, the Company Rules, in my limited experience, depend a lot on the team and the kind of matters it handles.
