Towards the end of last year people were asked to pull their socks up and work harder and certain people were talked to in a tone which told them that they were no longer wanted. As a result most of those certain people left. Now this year quite a few people are left/in the process of leaving/planning to be with a partner who left last year to work at a different law firm. Now there are promises that remuneration will be made par. Can people working there confirm this? Are people s jobs who got placed through internships secure? Is the S&R ship sinking? There seems to be a lot of discontentment amongst the mid to senior levels. What is happening at S&R?
