P.S - I left the firm, in just couple of months after joining.
The firm overall is arguably the most toxic organisation in the industry especially when you consider the underlying reason as to why more than half the people to join it leave within 6 months or so. You meet any associate at the firm and you will never hear them talk about staying there beyond a point. Everyone wants to leave.
